I am also sharing others posts published this week. As I have already stated, things are not getting started, and this initiative is surely bringing more eyeballs to the hive, which is good. Together, we are moving in the right direction, and we need to stay consistent in what we are doing. Thanks for bringing this initiative, and I am happy to take part and do my bit to bring more eyeballs and attention to the HIVE family.

Good morning friends, this week I uploaded 3 videos to tiktok, here are my stats in them.

I made my post on X here is my start

I started very recently on Instagram, but I can still share something with you.

Newly started the channel, but the impressions are quite good.

LONG VIDEO

Impressions have increased, but conversion rates have been low. It is noticeable that there is a higher conversion rate for hot topics, as was the case with the 'leaked' data on Binance and Gemini, but the channel still seems to have some relevance, since the highest rate of impressions comes from suggested videos. It seems to me that YouTube is trying to calibrate the algorithm to know where to deliver me and who my target audience is, while also delivering me random related content. Let's see how this develops next week, I will try to post at least 3 hot topics to see if that is what it wants to deliver.

SHORTS

Shorts delivered very little this time, maybe it's the wordplay, or maybe the topics chosen for the week weren't that hot. I'm thinking about reducing the number of shorts to 2 or 3 per week, but something more directional, with hot topics. Maybe that will solve the delivery issue. Now with the new view counting mode that came into effect on March 30, let's see if it will be easier or harder to increase views.

Changes to Shorts View Counts

On 3/31/2025, we’re updating how Shorts views are counted. The number of times a Short starts or loops (without a minimum watch time) will count toward views. This update will give creators a more comprehensive view of how their Shorts are performing, especially if they share their content across multiple platforms.

We’re keeping the Shorts views metric, now called intent views, in YouTube Analytics so you can see how many viewers kept watching your video. You can use intent views to compare the performance of all your Shorts in YouTube Analytics. This metric is also available for videos and live streams, but it’s the same as views.

This change will not directly impact YouTube Partner Program (YPP) eligibility or ad revenue share for Shorts. Both will be based on intent views, so creators’ eligibility and earnings will not change. Learn more about Shorts monetization policies and eligibility for the YouTube Partner Program.

TWITTER/X

On Twitter, organic views are low. I believe I need to subscribe to X and start trying to deliver this content in other people's publications. Maybe it will increase engagement. But I didn't want to subscribe before reaching 500 followers, because I can't monetize if I don't have this minimum requirement.

I have been a bit busy - but we had a great interview with @blocktrades to "demystify HAF", and the shorts are starting to come! I am too late for this week, but next week I will be posting my best stats of the shorts we produce throughout the week!
